Milwaukee Health Systems Partner with the United Way to Expand Access to Care

The United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County recently kicked off its 2015 campaign with a $60 million goal and a heightened emphasis on increasing access to care for vulnerable populations.

Through the Milwaukee Health Care Partnership’s Health Improvement Fund Challenge Grant, donors’ contributions will be matched by five times the amount by Milwaukee’s health systems to help support community clinics and other health services for low-income families. The video below shares three success stories of patients served by safety net clinics that benefit from the Health Improvement Fund.

The United Way’s 2015 Community Campaign runs through December 15.
