Kate Graham MHA

Access Director

Kate brings 20 years of experience in health care, primarily in behavioral health operations with a focus on vulnerable populations. Most recently, Kate served as Operations Manager of Behavioral Health Services at Aurora Health Care. In this role, she supported the work of psychiatrists, NPs, and therapists across several clinic sites. Kate has led and executed several compliance and equity-promoting initiatives to improve and expand access to care including the implementation of behavioral health integration in primary care clinics and focused recruitment of clinicians dedicated to serving Medicaid patients.

Kate received her Master’s in Healthcare Administration with a certificate in Healthcare Compliance from UW Milwaukee and her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Communication Studies from Marquette University.
