United Way Highlights the Social Determinants of Health in Campaign Video
Since 2011, the health system members of the Milwaukee Health Care Partnership have supported the United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County through an annual Health Improvement Fund (HIF) campaign challenge. To date, the HIF has raised more the $2.3 million to support care for low-income and uninsured patients, as well as outreach for health care coverage and enrollment.
