Through advocacy and action, we are collaborating to increase health care coverage, access and care coordination, creating a healthier future for Milwaukee residents.

The just-released 2013 Safety Net Clinic Referral Directory – available by download – is a comprehensive inventory of primary care, dental and specialty clinics dedicated to serving Milwaukee’s vulnerable populations. The new Safety Net Clinic Planning Resource is also available.
