About the Partnership

The Milwaukee Health Care Partnership brings together health care providers, government agencies, and community organizations to develop and implement a plan for change for our most vulnerable populations. Through advocacy and action, we are collaborating to increase health care coverage, access and care coordination, creating a healthier future for Milwaukee residents.

Health Needs Assessments

Shared Community Health Needs Assessments Now Underway in Milwaukee County
Since 2010, the Partnership’s health system members have shared the funding and design of Community Health Needs Assessments in six southeastern Wisconsin counties in collaboration with 17 local public health departments. The CHNAs serve as the foundation from which hospitals and local health departments develop their respective community health improvement strategies. Read more >

MKEN

The Milwaukee Enrollment Network (MKEN) was created to improve consumer outreach and education, strengthen enrollment support resources, and assist Milwaukee County residents in securing adequate and affordable public or private health insurance.
